Boofootel was built from scratch for Indian skin. Every ingredient. Every concentration. Every formula. Whether you’re targeting dark spots and dullness on your face, or bumpy skin and pigmentation on your body — we’ve formulated specifically for you.
We are so confident that our serums will work for you that we’re putting our product where our mouth is.
The Promise.
Use your Boofootel serum every day for 30 days. If your skin doesn’t feel noticeably smoother, brighter, or more even — we’ll send you a second bottle, completely free.
No cash refunds. No lengthy back-and-forth. Just a second bottle on us, because we believe that’s all you’ll need.
Why a second bottle and not a refund? Because skincare takes time, and sometimes skin needs a longer runway. We’d rather give you more product than take your money back.
How to Claim
Claiming is simple. Here’s what to do:
1. Use your Boofootel serum daily (morning and/or evening) for the full 30 days.
2. Take a short 15-second video or 2 photos showing you’ve been using the product — your bottle, your skin, your routine. This is all we need.
3. Email us at hello@boofootel.com with the subject line: ‘30-Day Promise Claim’ within 7 days of completing your 30 days.
4. We’ll review your claim within 3 business days and dispatch your second bottle if eligible.
Terms & Conditions
Please read these carefully. They exist to protect genuine customers and keep this promise sustainable for everyone.
1. Who is eligible
• This promise applies to first-time purchases of SOOPERSMOOTH Body Serum or SOOPERBOOST Face Serum only.
• One claim per customer, per household address, per email address, and per mobile number.
• The product must have been purchased directly from boofootel.com. Purchases via Amazon or any third-party platform are not eligible.
• The promise is valid for orders placed within India only.
2. Usage requirement
• You must have used your Boofootel serum consistently for a minimum of 30 consecutive days — at least once daily.
• Claims made before 30 days of use are not eligible.
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of completing your 30-day trial. Claims submitted after this window will not be honoured.
3. Proof of use
• You must provide a short video (minimum 15 seconds) or clear photographs showing the product and your skin. Submissions without visual proof will not be processed.
• Photos must show the specific area of concern (arms, legs, underarms, etc.) and the Boofootel bottle.
• Proof must be submitted from the same email address used to place your original order.
4. What you receive
• Eligible claimants receive one replacement bottle of the same product purchased, dispatched to the original delivery address.
• This is a product replacement, not a cash refund. No monetary compensation will be provided.
• Replacement bottles cannot be exchanged for other products, store credit, or cash equivalents.
5. Exclusions
• This promise does not apply to skin reactions or sensitivities. We always recommend a patch test before full use.
• Claims citing colour change of the serum are not eligible — Vitamin C oxidation is normal across both our serums and does not affect efficacy. See the relevant product page FAQ for details.
• Customers who have previously received a replacement bottle under this promise are not eligible for a second claim.
• Boofootel reserves the right to decline claims that show evidence of misuse, fraud, or abuse of this policy.
6. Fraud prevention
• All claims are reviewed manually. Submissions that appear fraudulent, duplicate, or coordinated will be declined.
• Customers found to have abused this policy may be permanently ineligible for future promotions and offers from Boofootel.
• Boofootel reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promise at any time for future orders. Changes will not apply retroactively to existing eligible orders.
